Cloud & Microsoft
Cloud and Microsoft, Planned Around Your Business

LANS helps businesses adopt, migrate and manage cloud and Microsoft environments with a practical focus on security, continuity and operational efficiency.
The Problem
Business challenges we address
Microsoft 365 in use, but never configured or secured beyond the defaults.
Migrations that stall because mail, files and identity were planned separately.
Cloud spend that grows every month without a clear owner.
No tested recovery path for data that now lives entirely in the cloud.

How LANS helps
- Assess what should move, what should stay, and what should be retired.
- Plan identity, mail, files and licensing as one migration, not four.
- Migrate in staged waves with rollback points at every stage.
- Secure and optimise the environment once it is live.
Business outcomes
- A cloud environment configured deliberately rather than by default.
- Predictable licensing and cloud spend with a clear owner.
- Backup and recovery that covers cloud-resident business data.

Common questions
Will email go down during migration?
Migrations are staged and cut over in planned windows, normally outside working hours. Mail flow is verified at each stage before the next group moves.
Do we have to move everything to the cloud?
No. Hybrid is often the practical answer — some workloads move, others stay on-premises where that genuinely serves the business better.
Can you review our current Microsoft 365 tenant?
Yes. A configuration and security review of an existing tenant is a common starting point and usually surfaces quick, low-risk improvements.
